Greef Karga needs a favor on Nevarro

<p>Got a holo from Greef yesterday. Nevarro's having trouble with a rival syndicate moving in on Guild territory. He wants me to do some &quot;negotiating.&quot;</p> <p>Said he'll make it worth my while. Credits and intel on other Mandalorians spotted in the outer rim.</p> <p>I'm not his enforcer anymore. But the intel... that I could use.</p> <p>Heading to Nevarro tomorrow. Keeping the helmet on.</p> <p>Related: <a href="/kargas-new-deal/" class="wikilink" data-title="Karga&#39;s New Deal" data-description="Greef wants to change the game" data-date="2026-01-10" data-preview="Greef wants to change the game">Karga's New Deal</a>, <a href="/midnight-on-nevarro/" class="wikilink" data-title="Midnight on Nevarro" data-description="A quiet night in the cantina after the job" data-date="2026-01-25" data-preview="A quiet night in the cantina after the job">Midnight on Nevarro</a></p> <p>This is the way.</p> https://din.markata.dev/kargas-new-deal/ 2026-01-10T00:00:00Z 2026-01-10T00:00:00Z

Greef wants to change the game

<p>Greef offered me something different today. Not a bounty. A partnership.</p> <p>He wants to clean up Nevarro, turn it legitimate. Says the New Republic is taking notice of the outer rim, and the Guild needs to adapt or die. Wants me to be his... enforcer? Sheriff? He wasn't clear.</p> <p>Said he'd pay better than the Guild standard. Said I'd have authority instead of just being a hired gun.</p> <p>I told him I'd think about it.</p> <p>I'm not a lawman. I'm a Mandalorian. But credits are credits, and the <a href="/about/" class="wikilink" data-title="About the Hunter" data-description="Who I am, what I do, and why I keep these logs" data-date="2026-02-05" data-preview="Who I am, what I do, and why I keep these logs">Razor Crest</a> needs fuel.</p> <p>This is the way.</p> https://din.markata.dev/the-contract-verdan-sorr/ 2026-01-08T00:00:00Z 2026-01-08T00:00:00Z

The Guild has a high-value target. Former Imperial officer.

<p>Greef sent the briefing this morning. High priority, high pay.</p> <p>Target: Verdan Sorr. Former Imperial Intelligence officer. War crimes. Escaped during the Battle of Jakku, been hiding in the Outer Rim for ten years.</p> <p>The New Republic wants him alive. Trial, they said. Justice.</p> <p>Fifty thousand credits. Alive only. No disintegrations, no accidents.</p> <p>I took the contract. The <a href="/about/" class="wikilink" data-title="About the Hunter" data-description="Who I am, what I do, and why I keep these logs" data-date="2026-02-05" data-preview="Who I am, what I do, and why I keep these logs">Razor Crest</a> needs engine work, and this will cover it with credits to spare.</p> <p>Sorr was last seen on Ord Mantell. Time to start hunting.</p> <p>Related: <a href="/kargas-new-deal/" class="wikilink" data-title="Karga&#39;s New Deal" data-description="Greef wants to change the game" data-date="2026-01-10" data-preview="Greef wants to change the game">Greef's other offers</a></p> <p>This is the way.</p>
